Dispoziția președintelui Judecătoriei Chișinău din 01.12.2020 vine să modifice și să completeze Dispoziția nr. Atunci, potrivit documentului emis la 27 noiembrie, a fost luată decizia ca dosarele vizând „furtul miliardului” să fie examinate de două complete de judecători specializați, constituite la nivelul Judecătoriei Chișinău, sediul Buiucani. Cele două magistrate care au fost excluse din completele de judecată care examinează dosarele privind „furtul miliardului” Tatiana Bivol și Angela Vasilenco fac parte din completul de magistrați care examinează dosarul lui Veaceslav Platon, condamnat anterior la 18 ani de închisoare. Acest complet a decis că dosarul urmează să fie rejudecat.
